Refund Policy

Live-arrival guarantee: if any crab is not alive on arrival, send a photo or video within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp and we will replace it in the next batch or refund that crab. Cancellations are accepted free of charge before the order cut-off for your delivery date. After cut-off, crabs have been harvested for your order and cannot be cancelled. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days.
