Are these really Yangcheng Lake crabs?+
Yes. They are raised at our family farm at Yangcheng Lake, Jiangsu, and every crab carries the official anti-counterfeit ring tag which you can scan to verify.
When will my crabs arrive?+
We fly in fresh batches every week. At checkout you choose a delivery date; orders close 3 days before each date. We deliver across Singapore on the chosen day.
What if a crab is not alive on arrival?+
Take a photo or short video within 2 hours of delivery and send it to us on WhatsApp. We will replace it in the next batch or refund that crab.
How do I store and cook them?+
Keep them in the fridge (5–10°C) covered with a damp towel and cook within 1–2 days. Steam belly-up for 15–18 minutes over high heat. Never freeze live crabs.
Female or male — which should I choose?+
Females peak in October with rich golden roe; males peak in November with creamy milt. Mixed sets let you taste both.
How much is delivery?+
Delivery is S$15 per order, free for orders over S$150.
